Michel Brahic

Michel Brahic, MD PhD, is an expert in viral infections of the brain and in prion proteins responsible for degenerative brain diseases. He is Professeur Honoraire at Institut Pasteur in Paris. He has been Directeur de Recherches at CNRS and Consulting Professor at Stanford University Schol of Medicine. His work has been published in Nature, Cell and many other scientific journals. His book The Power of Prions (Princeton University Press) was finalist for the PROSE Award in Biomedicine and Neuroscience, Association of American Publishers.
